Flame Centre works with organizations to build profitable partnership and collaboration to achieve sustainable results. We are an organization development consulting and training practice. We partner with clients committed to ideas of accountability, strengths, commitment and partnership to create great institutions that work for all.
Our Intention:
Our intention is to be a living example of the future we wish to create – in who we are and what we do. This also means embracing the values of partnership, courage and authenticity in working with our clients and one another. It also means a constant search for innovative and impactful interventions to serve the aspirations of our partners.
Our mission:
We are in the business of building capacity in people and organizations, and creating results through partnerships to bring forth the best possibilities.
The results we want to produce are:
- deeper engagement
- authentic self leadership:
- team collaboration
- sustainable community
Our philosophy:
Throughout our experiential programs and consulting services, we use these ideas:
- Changing the conversations to change the future.
- Uncovering their inherent strengths and re-imagination of possibilities.
- Building partnerships and relationships to serve.
- Releasing courage to live into best possibilities.
- Choosing accountability to make a difference.
Our clients:
The work with our clients is defined not by their size, but by their intentions. We seek people and institutions who search for new ways to realise their intentions. Any authentic change is a journey of surprise and learning. Success requires accountability, re-imagination and courage. We partner clients who choose to act on this possibility. Our past clients have included government organizations, multi-national organizations and Singapore based organizations.
We work with them based on our relationships and authenticity to build their internal capacity so that they do not need to depend on external resources. We walk away from institutions whose values are not aligned with ours or when what is wanted does not serve the collective good.
Why do we do this?
We believe this is what the future is calling forth; a way of being in the world that calls for deeper meaning, connections and contributions from individuals and community. It is the need to care for the whole and future generations. We do not deny that there is a part of us that depends on it for us to come alive. If we cannot support the dreams of others, we cannot sustain our own. This is an expression of our inter-connectedness.
